Job summary

Dezign Concepts is seeking an experienced FOIA/Privacy Act Analyst to respond to requests for the review and release of classified and sensitive information. The role focuses on processing complex disclosure cases under FOIA, PA, EO 13526, and IC policies, with cross-agency coordination and strict documentation standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, have 5+ years of relevant experience (or 9+ years without a degree), and demonstrate exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to FOIA/records management or permission to work with sensitive information.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with FOIA/Privacy Act processing or nine years without a degree.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies and documenting case actions.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail in high-stakes reviews.

Responsibilities

• Respond to public and official requests for review and release of sensitive information under FOIA and Privacy Act.
• Process complex cases including FOIA litigation and appeals, using exemptions and admin requirements.
• Conduct mandatory and automatic declassification reviews per EO 13526.
• Coordinate across internal government components and external agencies.
• Ensure records searches and case actions are thoroughly documented and tracked.
• Prepare final response letters and close cases within set timelines.
