Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study.
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience is helpful.
• Experience with eDiscovery tools (Nuix Investigate, Relativity) preferred.
• Experience processing FOIA requests and knowledge of FOIA exemptions.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient with MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct searches and analyze result sets to separate non-responsive from responsive documents.
• Redact and code responsive documents.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Support FOIA request processing and litigation support tasks.
