Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate, JD, or current ABA-accredited law student with ≥1 year completed.
- At least 1 year of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience helpful.
- Experience with FOIA requests and eDiscovery tools preferred.
- Strong legal research and citation skills; familiarity with standard motions and memos.
Responsibilities
- Conduct searches and analyze results to separate non-responsive from responsive documents; screen for privilege/FOIA exemptions.
- Redact and code responsive documents.
- Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
- Support FOIA request processing and other litigation support tasks.
