Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migration projects for government agencies into RelativityOne, balancing hands-on work with strong technical leadership.

The role requires FedRAMP familiarity, Public Trust clearance, and collaboration with engineering, TAM, and Customer Success to establish repeatable, compliant migration playbooks and secure data handling practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in a technical/consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering with migrations of structured/semi-structured data.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; hands-on experience with data formats, transformation tools, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving iterative delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation; federal clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers, ensuring accurate, secure migrations into RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as technical point of contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs; test and validate new features; document capabilities and best practices.
