Wing Shack Johnstown is seeking a Front of House Team Leader who will oversee daily operations, train staff, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead a team to deliver guest-first experiences and maintain cleanliness and food quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in restaurant roles with 1–3 years in leadership, are 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and can commit to nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant experience
• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership
• Experience in front-of-house operations

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations as Team Leader
• Hire, train, and coach team members
• Monitor service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Oversee scheduling and peak-time coverage
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and POS procedures
• Maintain safe, compliant restaurant environment
