Job summary

Wing Shack Wings in Longmont is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to act as the right-hand to the management team and oversee daily operations with high energy during peak hours.

You will lead, train, and motivate staff, assist with scheduling and onboarding, deliver outstanding guest service, and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment while enjoying growth opportunities and tip-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 2-3 years of restaurant experience.
• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership.
• Experience in front-of-house required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to uphold Wing Shack's standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Schedule and shift planning, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
