Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts.
• Availability that aligns with company needs (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain service standards.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure peak coverage.
• Support onboarding and provide ongoing coaching.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, ensure proper storage.
• Oversee cash handling and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment.
