Job summary

Wing Shack Longmont is hiring a Front of House Team Leader. You will lead and train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, team energy, and opportunities for advancement, with a compensation structure including base pay and tips. You’ll contribute to a dynamic, growth-oriented culture, supervise daily operations, and step into management when needed to keep service smooth and enjoyable

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts.
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays as required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in front-of-house service is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack's standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Support onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
