Job summary

Wing Shack in Johnstown, Colorado, is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations, lead the FOH team, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes hospitality, energy, and a hands-on approach to service and cleanliness.

The position offers hourly pay with tips, growth opportunities, and a dynamic team environment. Candidates should have FOH experience and leadership capability to help manage shifts and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled.
• Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required).
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in front-of-house service required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Wing Shack energy high.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Support onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work in a fast-paced, fun environment and learn the art of handling heat like a pro.
