Chick-fil-A I-90 & Lacrosse is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members. This role emphasizes servant leadership, high guest service standards, and maintaining Chick-fil-A's operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead shifts, assist in training, and ensure food safety and quality, while upholding the Chick-fil-A culture and values. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• FOH: Count drawers and finalize day
• BOH: Ensure flow of chicken and produce
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ensure food safety including cleanliness
• Ensure procedures are followed
