SSD120 LLC DBA Chick-fil-A I-90 & Lacrosse in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Team Leader who embodies our core values and serves others with a servant’s heart. You will support daily operations and coach team members to uphold Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, open or close shifts as a key holder, and help ensure high‑quality guest experiences while maintaining food safety, teamwork, and a positive, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and approachable.

• Prior lead/supervisor experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Assist in training new hires and model behavior for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open/close shifts and act as a key holder.
• FOH: Count drawers and close day.
• BOH: Ensure flow of chicken and produce.
• Maintain clear written and spoken communication.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure procedures are followed.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• FOH: Count drawers and finalize day
• BOH: Ensure flow of chicken and produce
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ensure food safety including cleanliness'
• Ensure procedures are followed
