Level99 Entertainment in McLean, VA is seeking an FOH Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team, partner with the GM/AGM, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage shift tasks, train bar staff on beverage preparation, monitor food and service standards, control labor costs, and uphold food safety. This role requires hospitality experience and a high-energy, positive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and professionalism with a positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude - leading by example.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Understands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation.
• Certifications: ServSafe, Allergen and ChokeSaver are desirable

Responsibilities

• Leads team members through effective and efficient operational execution, including shift tasks and routines as well as proper facilities upkeep.
• Contributes to daily logs and communication mechanisms for the restaurant
• Ensures labor and controllable costs stay consistently within guidelines set by the company
• Daily cash management, reconciliation, and audits
• Assists with beverage inventory
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, ensures product consistency via training of bar staff
• Supports venue-level change management and communicates new product/service information
• Connects with guests to build relationships and create regulars
• Listens to guest and staff needs with an approachable, positive attitude
• Displays leadership with grace, maturity, and decisiveness
• Ensures guest safety and food safety compliance
