Qualifications

• Stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Clear communication in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and introduce them to the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and assign tables based on guest preferences and availability.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries about the menu, wait times, and reservations.
• Assist with front-of-house tasks, including greeting take-out orders and guest assistance.
• Maintain an organized waiting area and monitor guest flow during peak periods.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus for a smooth dining experience.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure guests are attended to promptly.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
