Job summary

Chick-fil-A Restaurant is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations, coach team members, and uphold our standards of service. You will help run shifts, train new hires, and ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, timely task completion, and maintaining high guest satisfaction while promoting our culture and core values.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly demeanor and strong guest engagement.
• Reliable transportation.
• Saturday availability required.
• Experience as shift lead or supervisor preferred but not required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for shifts.
• Lead shifts and act as a role model for the team.
• Count drawers and finalize daily sales and cash handling.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed and ensure smooth operations.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
