Job summary

Chick-fil-A Gateway Center is hiring a Front of House Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day FOH operations in a fast-paced restaurant in New York. You will lead daily activities, ensure speed and accuracy of orders, and maintain a welcoming dining area while upholding Chick-fil-A standards and culture.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing FOH station assignments, addressing guest issues, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as shift lead is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily FOH operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Address guest issues professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high-performance FOH team.
• Oversee FOH station assignments and ensure cleanliness of FOH and dining area.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
