Job summary

Bubba’s 33 in Fort Myers is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations and manage FOH staff to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service. You will drive sales, supervise training, coaching, and scheduling while ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House daily operations.
• Manage Front of House employees and conduct performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Provide Front of House training and develop key staff members.
• Interview and hire Front of House staff and direct weekly scheduling.
• Create a fun, safe environment aligned with core values and incentive programs.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
