DineAmic Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day FOH operations for the NAIA venue along the Chicago River. You will support the General Manager in driving sales, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience in full-service restaurants, the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team, and holds valid ServSafe and sanitation certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-service management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan, set goals, and communicate direction to others.
• Valid Allergen, Sanitation and ServSafe Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Meet restaurant standards by implementing productivity, quality, and guest-service standards.
• Support restaurant goals in all areas to drive sales and optimize profit; monitor costs and waste.
• Organize, run and supervise daily shifts including opening/closing; ensure guest and employee experience.
• Maintain ambiance and service quality; supervise staff in food presentation and service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees; communicate expectations and feedback; enforce policies.
• Ensure paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance; uphold company policies.
