DineAmic Hospitality seeks an experienced General Manager for one of our high-volume, full-service restaurants in Chicago. You will lead operations, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with a hands-on leadership style and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure productivity, quality, service, and hospitality standards.
• Drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all operational areas.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff to meet performance and cultural expectations.
• Monitor labor, food and beverage costs, budgets, and financial performance; enforce cost-control initiatives.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and ensure top-notch guest service and safety practices.
