Bricktown Brewery in Branson, MO seeks a Restaurant Manager (Full Time) to lead daily operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise hourly staff, partner with management to execute sales initiatives, and uphold safety, health, and quality standards across FOH and related operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant management experience, proficiency with POS systems, and a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise hourly team members.
• Assist GM with executing sales initiatives and business goals.
• Ensure FOH operations align with health, safety and quality standards.
• Oversee food presentation and ensure adherence to Bricktown Brewery specs.
• Maintain inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
