Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Front of House operations, ensuring guest experiences meet brand standards and profitability targets. You will supervise hourly Team Members, support sales initiatives, and uphold health and safety policies.

The role reports to the General Manager and involves scheduling, cash handling, vendor coordination, and participation in the MIT program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment.
• 2 year Hospitality degree preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of alcohol and food certification (ServSafe) within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise hourly Team Members and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Assist General Manager with sales initiatives and achieving goals.
• Maintain health inspections, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee food presentation to Bricktown Brewery specifications.
• Monitor health and safety regulations and incident reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor communications for the building/equipment.
• Address Guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and cash handling.
• Support MIT program and team training initiatives.
