Job summary

Slice House by Tony Gemignani is seeking a proactive Front of House Supervisor to support all aspects of the business and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

You will lead staff, monitor performance, and maintain high customer satisfaction while upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven front of house experience in a supervisor role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional dining experience and environment.
• Train and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Leading by example and communicating clearly and effectively.
• Monitor budgets, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Motivate the team to stay on task and meet quality assurance standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to elevate the team member and guest experience.
