Job summary

THE ONE GROUP seeks a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive team performance in a fast-paced environment. You will lead, support, and inspire the FOH team while upholding service excellence and operational success.

Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house, mentoring staff, maintaining standards, and coordinating with kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong guest service focus and team leadership.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, reservations, and floor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead and mentor FOH team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, and guest engagement.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and coaching FOH team members to ensure operational success.
• Ensure all guest concerns are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with management and kitchen teams for seamless communication and service.
• Oversee table management, reservations, and service efficiency to maximize guest experience.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance to maintain a polished dining environment.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and POS system management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
