Spinato’s Pizzeria seeks a Front-of-House Manager to uphold a professional image and deliver stellar guest service in a fast-paced setting. You’ll oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and staff leadership while ensuring smooth service and strong guest relations.

This role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management, Serv-Safe certification, solid POS knowledge, and ability to lead teams under pressure. You’ll help maintain a welcoming atmosphere and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience with POS systems, time edits, and cashier close-outs.
• Knowledge of P&L, labor, sales, and food cost management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House employee schedules and staffing.
• Interview FOH candidates and assist onboarding.
• Oversee FOH inventory and ordering.
• Lead FOH training and staff meetings.
• Ensure smooth opening/closing and cash handling.
• Address guest complaints and diffuse issues effectively.
• Maintain FOH cleanliness and sanitation.
• Act as liaison for FOH staff and support GM.
• Assist with payroll/inventory in GM's absence.
• Support leadership during service periods.
