Job summary

K5 Hospitality, an award-winning restaurant group in Atlanta, seeks a Front of House Manager for an upscale Latin restaurant known for bold flavors and vibrant ambiance. You will lead a high-energy FOH team and ensure superb guest experiences.

Responsibilities include overseeing service, training staff, managing guest relations, and collaborating with the General Manager on daily operations, staffing, and budgets. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, Latin flavors familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale dining environment in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Latin American flavors, ingredients, and dining culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing FOH team.
• Maintain service standards, ensuring an elevated dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and poise.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on daily operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Assist in managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
