Job summary

Frontera's Restaurant in Sugar Hill, GA seeks a proactive Manager to lead guest service and drive revenue. You will oversee daily Front of House and Back of House, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and supervise staff performance to meet company goals.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years in restaurants and 2+ years in management, with strong communication and leadership skills. Spanish is a plus. Competitive quarterly bonuses and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
• 3+ years in Restaurants and 2+ years in Restaurant Management.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate a bond with customers through outstanding personal touch.
• Assist in serving meals, seating, drinks, and clearing tables during peak times.
• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee merchandise arrival,staff shifts, and cost controls.
• Create weekly/monthly revenue & expense reports.
• Maintain sanitation standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Align operations with Corporate Mission and Values.
