Job summary

Rosa Mexicano Lincoln Center is seeking an Operations Manager to lead FOH, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team in a vibrant NYC setting. You will champion Warm Latin Hospitality, coach the team, and own guest experiences across service shifts.

Responsibilities include optimizing labor, monitoring PMIX/COGS, and maintaining brand standards while ensuring DOH compliance. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits with growth opportunities within the Rosa Mexicano family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials including labor %, COGS, PMIX, and P&L basics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems (Toast, Harri/7Shifts, Restaurant365 a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead With Hospitality: set the tone for Warm Latin Hospitality and coach the team to anticipate guest needs.
• Own Your Business: drive sales, manage labor and scheduling, monitor metrics to hit financial targets, protect quality while controlling costs.
• Build & Develop Your Team: recruit, hire, and train FOH staff; lead pre-shifts and ongoing training; foster accountability and retention.
• Execute With Excellence: maintain service steps and sanitation standards, ensure clean dining rooms and bar areas, communicate with BOH, lead responsible alcohol service.
