Job summary

Rosa Mexicano in Hackensack, NJ seeks a Restaurant Manager FOH to lead hospitality, manage the store, and drive sales. You’ll coach the front-of-house team, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while balancing labor, costs, and controls.

Role requires at least 2+ years in restaurant management, strong financial acumen, and experience with POS systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive salary and growth opportunities within Rosa Mexicano.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials (labor %, COGS, PMIX, P&L basics).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with POS & scheduling systems (Toast, Harri/7Shifts, Restaurant365 a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead with hospitality and set the tone for warm Latin hospitality.
• Own the business by driving sales, managing labor, and controlling costs.
• Build and develop FOH team through training and coaching.
