Job summary

Rosa Mexicano in Union Square, NY is seeking a Restaurant Manager FOH to lead hospitality, own the guest experience on every shift, and coach a team with heart.

Drive sales through smart floor leadership and local marketing, manage labor and costs, train staff to RM standards, maintain sanitation, and ensure consistent service across dining room and bar.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials (labor %, COGS, PMIX, P&L basics).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems (Toast, Harri/7Shifts, Restaurant365 a plus).
• Flexible schedule—evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience in both dining room and bar environments.
