Buffalo Wild Wings in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead servers, hosts, and bartenders in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will ensure operational efficiency, uphold health codes, train staff, manage shifts, and drive guest satisfaction.

The FOH Manager is accountable for the execution and performance of the front-of-house team with a defined Area of Responsibility across the three teams, providing direction and supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/bar leadership experience.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to manage shifts and team performance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee FOH team including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Ensure compliance with CSP/SOPs, health codes, and safety standards.
• Manage shift scheduling, labor costs, and inventory controls.
• Lead training and development programs for hourly staff.
• Drive guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with General Manager for promotions and programs.
