Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Orange, CA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensure food safety and quality, and supervise HOH team members. You will drive excellence in service and maintain high standards across food preparation and execution.

You will recruit, train, and retain HOH staff, monitor safety and labor guidelines, and partner with the GM on training programs and performance improvements to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/bar leadership experience.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage HOH kitchen operations and oversee service during shifts.
• Support and energize HOH team and managers.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop HOH staff.
• Enforce food safety and general safety standards.
• Coach staff and manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor service speed and ticket times.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve experience.
• Oversee HOH execution including service, safety and efficiency.
