• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/bar leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes all compliance systems, manager tools, and procedures to ensure proper shift execution.
• Performs administrative manager functions (entering invoices, end-of-day procedures).
• Maintains high cleanliness standards and enforces schedules.
• Ensures ServSafe Alcohol, Food and HACCP compliance for Food and HACCP.
• Rolls out new company programs, policies, and promotions.
• Manages shifts to achieve sales and profit goals (labor/food costs).
• Models hospitality and engages guests regularly.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and loyalty, responsible alcohol service.
• Handles guest complaints effectively to recover satisfaction.
• Lead training and development programs for hourly staff and managers.
• Plan and lead team meetings, build camaraderie, and solicit feedback.
• Coach and counsel team members; escalate to GM/HR for terminations.
• Keep District Manager and HR informed of employee relations issues.
