Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee Hospitality, Take-Out/Delivery and Server performance, ensuring an outstanding guest experience during game-day and busy periods.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, staffing, and cash controls, with a focus on delivering superior service. A 50-hour work week, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of labor laws are essential

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Leadership skills to supervise, train and motivate restaurant personnel.
2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant.
Ability to work a 50-hour week; flexible hours.
Good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage restaurant FOH and assist the Management in leading the restaurant team.
Oversee Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery and Server performance to ensure top guest experience.
Lead in-restaurant Marketing initiatives and rewards program; help maximize sales and profits.
Prepare local store marketing, merchandising, and promotions to increase guest traffic.
Recruit and hire hourly employees; ensure proper staffing.
Ensure cash controls and adherence to company policies.
Maintain safety, health codes and sanitation standards.
Resolve customer complaints and train team accordingly.
