Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Orange County, CA, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the sports bar, manage Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train, coach, and retain staff; ensure food safety, alcohol service standards, and labor cost controls; and deliver memorable guest experiences through leadership and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 4+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proper food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule willingness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sports bar operations and shift management.
• Hire, onboard, train, develop, and retain team members.
• Enforce safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Monitor labor costs and OSAT; oversee scheduling for FOH staff.
• Engage with guests, gather feedback, and drive guest satisfaction.
