Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/bar leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with CSP/SOPs and proper shift execution.
• Manage invoices and end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and oversee cleaning schedules.
• Support compliance with ServSafe Alcohol, Food, and HACCP standards.
• Roll out new company programs and marketing promotions.
• Lead labor and food cost management to achieve sales goals.
• Coach and develop front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts and bartenders.
