Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager in Riverside, CA to oversee front of house operations under the guidance of an exempt management team. Pay ranges between 23.27 and 29.43 per hour, with an uncapped bonus program, referral bonuses, and family-friendly benefits.

Compensation Range: 23.27 - 29.43

As Brand ambassador, they uphold our company’s standards, crafting a memorable experience for Guests. Our hourly associate manager fosters a culture that continuously strives for improvement and embraces a better for being here mentality.

To qualify for this role a great candidate has:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong communication and training skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Preferred

• 2 years of restaurant experience
• Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
• Knowledge of P&L, kitchen equipment, and inventory process
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
• Proven results in leading positive guests’ experiences

Other Types of Compensation (subject to qualifications and requirements): Variable Bonus, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Paid Parental Leave.

Retirement Benefits (subject to qualifications and requirements): 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid Time Off (subject to qualifications and requirements): 0.03846 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 35+ Hours/week).
