Qualifications

• Proven management experience in high-volume casual, sports, upscale, or brewery/taproom dining environments.
• Passion for hospitality with clear career progression toward General Manager.
• Strong decision-making, high emotional intelligence, and autonomous work ethic.
• Flexible to adapt to shifting floor volumes and operational structures.
• Experience with staff training, scheduling, and floor leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction during peak periods.
• Manage employee scheduling, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain active floor presence, engaging with guests and supporting service.
• Drive operational decisions independently, utilizing Toast POS and OpenTable.
• Adapt communication styles to engage diverse guests, staff, and leadership.
