Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Experience managing operations with $4M+ in annual revenue, ideally within event-driven or high-traffic hospitality environments.
  • Owner's Mindset: A background as a former owner or senior operator with the confidence, autonomy, and drive to make high-impact operational choices.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to pivot strategies quickly based on changing volume and local event schedules.
  • Strong Leadership: A proven ability to coach management teams, build positive workplace culture, and maintain high service standards under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Bring a sharp eye for detail, implementing fresh processes and modernizing workflows across all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Master Staffing & Scheduling: Write all master labor schedules, intelligently matching staffing levels to event calendars to maximize high-volume revenue while controlling costs during slower stretches.
  • Empower a Large Team: Mentor and direct a multi-tiered leadership team while inspiring a floor and kitchen staff of nearly 70 hospitality professionals.
  • Manage Facilities & Culture: Oversee the unique day-to-day needs of a historic property, preserving its distinct character while keeping the space fully operational, safe, and inviting.
  • Execute Private Events: Collaborate with management and culinary teams to seamlessly host large-scale private events, buyouts, and group gatherings.
  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor key P&L metrics and optimize labor, food, and beverage costs to ensure strong profitability across all revenue streams.
