North Beach Social, a lively casual dining spot, is seeking a Front of House Manager in Northwest Florida. You will lead front-of-house operations, manage staff, and ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced setting with live music, dog-friendly vibes, and strong team culture.

Responsibilities include scheduling, menu updates with the GM, guest recovery, and maintaining service standards. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in full-service, high-volume restaurant or hotel management.
• Minimum 1 year in full-service, high-volume restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED; BA in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, manage cash and health checks.
• Oversee FOH staff across service hours to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Create schedules, update menus with GM, and manage supplies.
• Train FOH team and enforce service standards; handle guest recovery.
