Job summary

North Beach Social is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth flow of service and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will manage FOH staff, scheduling, training, and guest relations to uphold our high standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in full-service, high-volume restaurant management.
• Experience leading FOH teams and coordinating front/back of house.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Lead FOH staff, ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen, manage schedules and training.
• Address guest feedback and recover service issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory, menus, and compliance with health standards.
