Job summary

North Beach Social in Florida seeks a Front-of-House Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced casual dining venue, known for live music and a welcoming, dog-friendly atmosphere. You will supervise FOH staff, manage opening/closing, guest relations, schedules, training, and ensure service standards, quality, and safety.

Minimum 3 years in high-volume hospitality and a solid grasp of P&L and labor costs are expected.

• Ability to speak clearly and directly to customers and coworkers alike.
• Full cycle project management: plan, organize, direct, and delegate.
• Able to follow through and hold team members accountable.

• Proficient in Restaurant Financial Knowledge (P&L / Budget / Food & Labor Costs).
• Ability to remain calm and collected even in a busy environment.
• Ability to operate various POS systems.
• Ability to memorize and describe menu items.

Responsibilities

• Open & close duties including cash handling and health/permits checks.
• Oversee FOH staff, ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Create and adjust staff schedules; manage menus and product availability.
• Train FOH hourly team members and develop performance reviews.
• Maintain service standards, quality, and cleanliness; guest recovery.
