Puttery in New York City seeks a Front of House Manager to lead guest-facing operations and elevate the hospitality experience. You will oversee service execution, staff performance, and floor operations with a focus on bar management to drive revenue and efficiency.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop FOH team members, ensure compliance with safety and alcohol regulations, and partner with events and management for seamless operations in a high-energy venue.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality or entertainment venues.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong guest-service mindset with confident decision-making skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and performance coaching.
• Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and hospitality best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all front-of-house service areas (hosts, servers, bartenders, support staff).
• Execute bar program including training, ordering and inventory.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain service standards aligned with brand expectations (pace, presentation, hospitality).
• Manage floor during peak periods for flow, engagement and energy.
• Create and manage FOH schedules to align with volume and labor targets.
• Collaborate with BOH, Events and Management for operational alignment.
• Monitor daily readiness (pre-shift meetings, station setup, staff appearance).
• Support revenue growth through service execution and guest engagement.
• Monitor labor, service efficiency, and cost controls in FOH operations.
