Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet bar guests and acknowledge guests awaiting tables.
• Prepare cocktails and coffee drinks and serve bar and dining room guests.
• Ensure accurate measurements and entry of drinks on checks.
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness and equipment according to health standards.
• Close out cash drawers and manage tabs as required.
• Keep beverage pars and displays updated and organized.
• Communicate issues to management (lighting, cooling, etc.).
• Remain expert on menus and brand offerings.
