Fouquet’s New York is seeking a qualified Food & Beverage Manager who will own beverage purchasing, inventory, cost control, cocktail development, and bar service standards while serving as an operational F&B Floor Manager focused on guest experience and team performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and guest-relations skills.

• Review beverage invoices and monitor waste and costs.
