Job summary

Parker Hospitality is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily FOH operations and uphold high service standards at its Missouri venue. You will supervise FOH staff, coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams, and support the AGM and General Manager in achieving operational goals.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, staff development, safety, and efficient service, with nights and weekends as required. DOE and strong hospitality ethos are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic operational tools.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications (ServSafe, TIPS) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily FOH operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the FOH areas before, during, and after service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding FOH staff, including Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Support Staff.
• Provide clear direction and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Support the AGM and General Manager in labor cost management and scheduling.
