Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Front of House Manager for our Springfield, MO restaurant concept. The role leads FOH staff, manages guest relations, supervises shifts, and ensures service excellence.

Candidates should have 2+ years restaurant management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; bachelor’s degree preferred. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house management experience in food service required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor FOH staff, including recruitment, coaching, development, evaluations, and progressive discipline.
• Collaborate on creation and management of departmental budgets and expense plans.
• Execute all front-of-house functions during opening/closing shifts, including guest relations and staff supervision.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies, maintain cleanliness and guest safety.
