Job summary

Grandview Café in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Manager to oversee daily FOH operations, lead bartenders, servers, and support staff, and collaborate with the General Manager on promotions and events.

The ideal candidate has significant Front of House and bartending experience, strong leadership, inventory control, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in Front of House/Bartending roles.
• At least 1 year in Front of House management.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and beverage passion.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure guests receive exceptional service.
• Lead a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff; manage schedule and tasks.
• Monitor opening duties, checklists, cash, and POS accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to Steps of Service and guest satisfaction.
