Grandview Café is seeking a Manager to oversee daily FOH operations in our Columbus restaurant. You will lead a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service.

Your role includes managing inventory, optimizing workflow, and collaborating with the General Manager to execute cocktails, promotions, and events that boost revenue and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Front of House/Bartending experience.
• At least 1 year of Front of House management experience.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and beverage passion.
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure guest experience.
• Supervise bartenders, servers, and support staff.
• Manage inventory, workflow, and events that drive revenue.
• Handle checkouts, cash, and POS adjustments.
• Address guest complaints and apply corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant.
