Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet guest needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations including profit & loss and cash controls.
• Develop and control annual operating budget with area supervisor; manage P&L centers.
• Lead interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising employees.
• Handle administrative duties related to finances and personnel.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and staff support to uphold standards.
