Job summary

Lightwell Hotel & Spa in Hood River, OR is seeking an experienced FOH Lead/Supervisor to drive service excellence. You will take orders, serve beverages, and provide leadership to the service team while ensuring guests enjoy a superb dining experience.

As MOD when the manager is away, you will greet guests, manage seating, handle payments, and mentor staff in a fast-paced setting. A 21+ requirement and OLCC permit are needed.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending/serving experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be 21 years or older and have OLCC permit or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and lead the service team.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the manager is not present.
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with scheduling.
