• Experience with restaurant POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team including servers, hosts and bartenders.
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements and overall dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
